Rules

1. Every building on the campus map starts at $1.
2. To take a spot you must beat the current price by at least $1.
3. The spot flips the moment you pay. The previous holder automatically gets 90% of what their payment settled at refunded — not 90% of what they typed at checkout, since payment processing always keeps a small cut either way. The remaining 10% (plus that processing cut) is theirs to lose.
4. You get a logo, one line of copy and a link, shown on hover and on the building’s page.
5. One payment, no subscription. You hold the spot until someone outbids you.
6. Anything illegal, hateful or pretending to be the University gets removed and not refunded.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. There are no accounts — whoever pays holds the spot, using whatever name and link they gave at checkout.
